i started feeling him move about 17 weeeks, but i want sure what they were, now im almost 22 weeks, and he moves like crazy... but if im laying down, depending where he is at if i puush on my belly, i can actually feel his body, that might be the hard spot you are feeling... have you felt he or she move yet?

You know, I swore that I felt my second son a lot earlier than my first. I was before 20 weeks. I think it was because I knew what feelings to feel for. As far as the hard stomach, I think that would depend on many factors like how big you were before you got pregnant, what pregnancy this is.

For me I was very thin my first pregnancy. My stomach was all stomach. This time around I have some "soft spots" so my stomach will not feel as hard as early.

lol ok well im not tiny i was about a 14 before getting pregnant, so maybe that plays a factor as to why im not feeling much yet idk but sometimes i swear i feel more at night but when i try to concentrate i dont feel anything its when i least expect it lol

If heard that babies move around more when you're not. It's kind of like when you're up and moving around, you're kind of rocking them around and keeping them asleep: ) I know that I noticed more movement when I was laying around.

It's like a baby in a swing..while the swing is going back and forth, the baby sleeps. When the swing stops, the baby wakes up.

Lastly, I love your comment about baby not moving until you least expect it. If this is your first, you will come to realize that this will continue to happen. Your baby may do something amazing infront of you (like speak early or something else). As soon as you want someone else to hear or see this accomplishment, they won't do it - Kids, ya gotta love 'em! :)

lol i was reading ym book and it says that intercourse rocks your baby to sleep and its good for you, your partner and the baby as well because it relaxes all of you and helps the bond between mommy and daddy! lol but when we are moving it does rock them to sleep

the thinner you are the eaiser it is to feel them move and you will notince them moving more in your second pregnancy ranther than your first becuase you have felt it before and you sorta know what to expect... ive been doing alot of reading!! :)

I started to feel strong movements around 25weeks. At 23 weeks, no one could even tell that I was pregnant. It's completely normal for your stomach to still feel soft at 23 weeks.

at 23 weeks your baby still has alot of room to move around and thats probably a big part of the reason your not feeling him/her all the time.....I was the same as you at 23 weeks, I could feel movement but it wasnt all the time, when you get into the 3rd trimester however you should feel them moving quite a bit cuz theres barely any room in there so everytime they move you can feel them......Im sure your just fine, best of luck to ya on the rest of your pregnancy :o)

i started feelnig the flutters around 15 weeks and then one day around 20 weeks i started getting the crap kicked out of me they seem to be only getting harder and harder, and my stomach is hard, most of th etime but then at times its like i dont have a stomach at all, i guess its how the baby moves.
