Baby Memory-
You can either purchase 10 to 15 baby items or make a page of 10 to 15 baby items on the computer and print. Your guest have so many minutes to look at the tray or the sheet and then they have to try to remember all the items. Set a time limit of no more then 30 minutes.

Guess How Big Mommy Is-
Each guest as they arrive are asked to cut off a piece of string. Do not let them know what the string is for. After awhile they will come up to the mommy to be and wrap the string around mommies tummy. The person who is the closes wins.

Baby Food-
Purchase 10 to 15 different baby foods. Number each baby food jar (make sure to remove the label and write down what number goes to what food). Have your guest guess what the baby food is

baby showers are so much fun! I;m having mine on March 4!
I haven't done any of the planning, but I planned a shower for both my two sisters so I have a little experience.
I think that playing baby shower bingo is a nice calm game
This link gives you free printable baby shower bingo cards :http://www.babbee.com/baby_bingo/ or you can go to a party store and see what they have to offer.
Another good game is the The Rice and Diaper Pins Game
here is a link to that http://www.babbee.com/baby_

Well I jsut had my shower so I can tell you what we did. There were quite a bit of people there and I am not a big gan of baby games so we jsut played 2 games and I gave out several prizes for each game. One was how big is mommys belly. I gave out 3 gifts for the 3 closest and 1 gift for the person who was farthest off. We also did a race to see who could finish the nirsery rime the fastest and I gave out 3 gifts for that. For gifts I jsut did simple stuff like oil burners with oil and tea light candles, I did some other smelly candles with candls holders. Then we did the X on the bottom of the cake plate thing and that prize was a 25.00 gift cert. to a resturant. As for food and drinks it was all catered becaue I had it at a resturant's banquet room.
