SO yeah it all started early sat morning at 3:40am i went to the bathroom and had blood like my period...low and behold it was bloody show....so i called the doctor they told me to go in to the hospital so i did. WHen i got there they hooked me upto monitors and all that i was there until...i dunno i forget actually because i was so tired and pissed but i think its was like 9:30-10 am but i was pissed cause they sent me home because i my labor wasnt progressing enough i wa staying at 2dm dialated 80% effaced so they thought it was false labor so i was home from around 10:30(or 11 am i dunno) until maybe about 5-ish when my contractions got so bad they they were 3-4 min apart lasting 60-90m secs making me cry so i called again the doc said to go back the hospital and i somehow managed to get the same L&D room that i had earlier...go figure right... anywho they hooked me up the monitors and by then i was having contractions every 2-3 min apart...so they checked me and i was still 2 cm but i was 100% effaced...i was staying...!!!! So my contractions were so bad the nurse ask me uf i wanted drugs...YES PLEASE...i got demerol(sp?) in my iv....thats stuff is awesome....i think i called nkki tellingher how high i was but i dont exactly remember...anywho i dont know exact times of when they checked my cervix but i started progressing...5 cm and then the next morning 8 cm...i statred pushing at 1pm and Jonathan actually called while i was delivering her and he was on the phone with on of the nurses the whole time and she was telling him what was going on. he got to hear our babies first cries and everything. Well an hour and an hour and 40 min passed and at 2:40 pm Gabrielle Danese was born and she is the most beautiful thing I personally have ever seen. I wil post pictures but i want jonathan to see her first. so probably tomorrow you will get to see them! but yeah thats all folks....any questions?? LoL ↓

| oh yeah i ended up being allergic to the demerol...Oh and i got my epidural when i was 5 cm dialated..whenever that was...it made me itch like crazy...my mil was begging me to stop scratching...but i couldnt...it was going crazy....oh and after my epi the doc then gave me 2 other drugs....through the epi....it was great... ↑ |
