Just wondering when the doc. begins checking to see if you have dialated???
And also...I've been measuring big for my due date...I was wondering if anyone else ever measured big...and if that changed your due date!....at 26 weeks I measured 27 3/4 and at 28 weeks... I measured at 30...The doc said we would do an ultra sound if I measure big again at my next visit!..... My name on here is maziemay_baby_a ...

I measured 37 weeks at 35 weeks so we had an ultrasound the next week to determine babys weight and fluid. All is normal, and at my next appointment-36 weeks, I only measured 36 weeks but baby had dropped. I was told it was normal to measure slightly less after baby drops. I also was told that you don't always measure exactly how many weeks you are, but as a general rule you should be 1-3 centimeters within range. As for checking for dilation my OB checks every appt. at 36 weeks but not all doctors do, you need to check with your doctor. good luck
