| So, since I’m moving in with the same city as my mom. I’m going to move out now and put my stuff in storage and live my mom until Nov first so I won’t have to pay Oct rent. Save some money. Right? Anyways tell me what you think of my letter. Would you add anything…? Does it sound ok? MANAGEMENT COMPANY, I am officially giving you my notice of my intent to vacate the premises located at (MY CURRENT ADDRESS) I plan on being fully moved out of the apartment and have vacated the premises by October 4, 2008 .If I have not fully moved out by October 4, 2008 could you please pro-rate the rent for the time we are still there. I will thoroughly clean the premises to the best of my ability and will then contact you so we can do a walk through stating everything is all clean and undamaged. After the inspection approval I except to be refunded my security deposit. Please return security deposit with interest accrued to: (MY MOM’S HOUSE) Thank you and I appreciate your cooperation. | Thanks, for catching that. I'm on a month to month lease. I never renewed my lease because just incase I found something I didn''t want to be bond by a lease contract. I *think* i'm good. ↑ |

| Ugh I swear everything always gets screwed up when it comes to my life. I called the management and they said I still have to give 30 days notice. Then I started asking more questions and the lady was fumbling over her words...she needs my number and she'll get back to me with the answer! wtf! I bet she doesn't even know! I can't stand my apartment management the suck ass! They are so shady! Here's the run down on the place and the deal with my sis. Its a two bedroom condo. Its a one year contract between my sister and I. After that year I move out and she does...whatever. its $1000. $500 each. So i'll save up faster for a year and i'll get a bigger place 2-3bedroom of my own. One master bedroom, which will be mine, the other one hers. Right now I'm paying $904 not including utilities! So its a awesome deal. I have a few pics. I'll send them to you. ↑ |

| I'm excited for me too! I just need to calm down and not get worked up. I don't wanted to rush to get of my current place something goes wrong. I'll just go with the flow and let things run its course. I'm just happy to be moving in a better place and less rent, lol. But i'm leaving work now. I'll catch you on the flip side! ↑ |
