Hi I know I have been posting a lot but you ladies are really helpful to me. Well here is my problem I can't sleep at all I am 15 weeks pregnant and I wake up every couple of hours, in the morning when I get up for work I am just so exhausted and that really makes my day long and miserable!! I can't sleep comfortably I wake up and my back and my neck are killing me. Anyone please give me some input on sleeping right throughout pregnancy!

Go to a pharmacy or here is where I got mines Babys-R-Us, they have a really long snake shaped pillow you can form to you and get comfortable and it goes from head to toe (figure of speach it is from like neck area and goes between your knees for hip support to help you back feel better I kept a pillow between my knees to keep them seperated and hips even when I slept it helped me good luck

hey Ashlie, im in same boat, i was fine but tonight ive been up every 1 hr on the hr, its now 3.42 am and im on here lol,
im thinking your worried, stressed and have alot on your plate, but the more you wake the more your body gets used to it, its as if your brain is telling you to wake up every night,
maybe try leting everything thats on your mind out to somebody, try it i think this will work and you wont wake up, also maybe drink hot choc before bed around 30 minutes before sleep, and read a book or even better start reading the bible,
whatever you decide to do i hope i helped,
take care and God bless

Wow Ashlie I am in exactly the same boat tonight. I have just been tossing and turning for the last hour and have finally just sat up and rolled the laptop table over my bed to see what's going on in here and saw your message.

Why do we have to go through this almost every night, it's not fair. I have also noticed that I am snoring a lot, does anyone else have this problem?

Apart from bright eyed at 1 in the morning I am feeling just fine. I am even feeling not pregnant sometimes I am feeling that good. In fact, it's easy to feel not pregnant at the minute because my cheeky daughter is not moving at the moment.

She has been quite quiet for the last couple of days. A few friends have said that is a sign that labour is iminent, but she is also quiet when she is having a growth spurt so I have no idea!

hey ashlie lol i thought of the greatest way to help you sleep,,,,
you know those stupid selling commercials that play in the middle of the night, the ones that go for over 20 min over and over, and the next one comes and once more that one drags on and on and most of the actors cant act, well believe me, watching them will bore u and youll fall asleep,
try it hun,
let me know how it goes for you.
