You should have started vitamin E earlier but start now and maybe they won't be so bad on your breasts after delivery. Make sure there is also enough fat in your diet. All this will help the skins elasticity. I did these things. I have four kids, gained a lot of weight but have very few strech marks considering. Yes they do fade

eeeeek i think i am seeing very fine little ones now right over my belly button. if they will stay this tiny i will have no problem with them.
about the vitamin e thing... is that taking the capsules orally or breaking them open and rubbing the oil directly onto your belly?

mederma or any kind of stretch mark fading cream works fairly well and is available in most drug stores.. I've used it before and have seen conciderable results from it..

Vitamin E does work. At least it did for me you must take it both by mouth and open the capsuls to rub on your belly but you could buy the strech mark creams but they can be fairly expensive compared to vitamin e. I think a little strech mark is on every mom who ever gives birth in a healthy way. Consider them medals of honor.

I know how you feel! I didn't have a single one till 36 weeks and then they exploded overnight. I was doing everything I could too, all of the creams and had a slow and steady weight gain. My mom never had any but both my sister and I got them. They do fade, but if you get them like I did they change the texture of your belly after you get back in shape. It's pretty freaky, I told my husband that I'm getting a tummy tuck after we're done having kids. At least they fade, just keep up with the vitamin E or try mederma, it does help them fade. (Also, don't stress right after you have your baby, my belly looked like a shriveled raisin, but it went away.)
