i'm at 26 weeks and I get hip pain also, the only thing i've found is putting a pillow between my legs when i'm resting/sleeping. Some light stretches help a bit too.

i'm only 15 weeks pregnant and i always have hip pain, i have a pre existing problem though, its like a mild form of arthritus, but it still hurts, especially when i walk. i find the pillow under the knees works nicely when sitting on the couch or bed, i haven't tried it while sleeping yet though

if i have the pain at night, i find if i sleep with a pillow between my knees it helps. It takes the pressure off your hip joins and alignes your hips. Especially if you lay on your left side. I haven't found anytthing else that works.

I too have hip pain, which ever side I am laying on that's the side that is killing me. I too have pre-existing problem with my hips (I've been going to the Chiropractor for it). I hope the pillow works for you because I have had no luck myself.

Well I try the pillow deal and it doesnt work at all. I mean I have tried everything from stretches and pillows and everything that I have read. I think my only solution will be is to have this baby and luckly I only have a few short weeks to go! Thanks
