I woke up just a moment ago and went to the bathroom however half way there I start having (pee or the water) trickle out. I grabbed the bottom of my stomach cause in my head I was saying no no no were almost there. lol However I couldnt stop it. It wasnt alot but it was enough to get my panties wet and trickle down my legs and leave a few quarter since spot on the floor. It was colored just clear which is what made me think water. Could this of been my water breaking? Or just a moment of incontience? And is there a way to know without going to the doctor?

my doctor told me that if i thought it broke but wasn't sure to put on a pad and lay down for 15-20 minutes without rolling over or moving a lot. She said when I went to stand up if the pad was wet or I had fluid running down my leg to call her asap because if it's your water it will build up while you lay down and then leak out when you stand up.

Well my waters were broken by a doctor, it feels like a warm gush between your legs.

if you havent already go to your dr.

I was walking up and down the stairs (trying to speed things up lol) when my waters broke and it kinda gushed out....felt warm. AN odd feeling really. But it can trickle

Smell it....i know its a bit grim but thats how you'll be able to tell really...pee smells....like pee. hahaaa
How far along are you?

To be honest, although I'd been in labour for 7 hours before the doctor broke my waters, I went into agony the moment the waters were broken and gave birth to Joey only 4 hours later. So if your waters had gone, they'd still be coming (you'd be leaking) and I think you'd be having contractions. IMO it was a moment of incontinence. However, there is no harm in having a doctor check it out, especially as you are having a C Section.

My water broke on it;s own with only my second child, and this is what happened I was on the phone with a nurse at my docters office because I was going into labor, and she asked if my water broke and I told her no and as soon as I said no it broke so I told her hang on I think it just did so I checked and it had but was a small trickle and then stopped because the baby moved down into the pelvis so low that it plugged the hole if that makes sense so I really didn't get much leakage until the baby was born and a gush of water came out with the baby......

I havent had any trickle since this morning but my private is staying pretty moist. I've even started having some back contractions so I think this is it but Im still not sure if it was incontience or my water broke/ruptured still from this morning but I have really been walking around to see if anymore comes out. Everyknow and then it feels like a bubble comes out down there and like it should be followed by water but i dont ever feel anything come out, just end up being wet down there when I check.
I went back to sleep after wards cause i figured if this is it then im gonna need all the rest I can get but Im gonna go to the hospital when my guy gets home just to check and see.

It's probably a good idea to get checked out just to be sure, you're around 33 weeks or so right? Good luck!

Im 35 weeks right now so hopefully sadly enough I just pee'd all over myself. I could take that to have her roast longer

Nicole, my water broke at 35 weeks, however mine was a huge gush. You defintiely could have a tear in your water bag and you definitely need to go to the hospital. Brooke was born perfectly fine at 35 weeks and did not need to go into the NICU.

Good Luck!

Well my water didnt break but I just spent the past nine hours in the hospital.
When I first arrived they said ah your not dilated or effaced then they just kept checking cause I was having mild contractions. Well towards the end they said I was 50% effaced and 2 cm dilated. The doc wanted me to stay as this could have been the "early labor" stage. I however wanted to go home and let things play out at home so I left AMA.

They also did an ultrasound and they said the baby is measuring bigger then what my due date says so maybe she will be ok is born early. Said even though Im only 34+5 weeks the baby measures 36+5 and is about 6lbs 5oz. Everyone knows those are just estimates but thought I would share that

Ya the doctor seemed to be upset but when he came in and said that he had a girl stay in the hospital that only dilated 1 cm for 2 days. I was like WOOOOOOOOOOO that aint gonna be me see ya I can dilate at home and come when I know Im closer.

At least your doc seems to really care about the patients. My doc showed up when I was dialated to 10, and the nurses were doing everything in their might to try to get me to not push. YEAH, RIGHT!! I was pushing anyway, and once the doc got there, I only had 3-4 pushes left before he was out.

haha when i had my third baby I wanted my epi and the dr was a checkeslavackian (sp) i know i messed that up anyhow he had this accent that I'll never forget and he's like why you cry whats wrong wit you not with but wit........you no need to cry I look at him like are you nuts.............and he's like just being so incensitive and I was trying not to be mean to him because he is going to put a needle in my back ya know....so next best option was to take it out on my husband kinda his fault I was there, lol ok I'll take some blame lol. But anyways so I start getting snappy w/ him and the dr was like oh she mean to you...why you mean to him for he do nothing.......why you cry and be mean.WTF, LOL I'm having a baby and it hurts thats why
