I am 39 weeks pregnant and 2 weeks ago (on July 4th) I went into labor (or so I thought). I spent most of the day having mild contractions and feeling like crap. Around 3pm my contractions started to get stronger and closer together. They got to be between 3-5 mins apart and by the time we went to the hospital at 11pm I could no longer stand up straight from the pain. When we got to the hospital the midwife checked me and found that I was 4 almost 5 cm dialated and 50% effaced. Everyone thought I was going to give birth soon...and then labor STOPPED. I was discharged and now it's two weeks later and I'm going crazy! Has anyone ever experienced anything like this? ↓

Oh wow i didnt go through that I though mine was bad i=and it was only 38hrs lol. I hope you have your babay soon geez ↑

I was in labor for 52 hours with my first child. I was having contractions every 5 minutes for about 45 hours but I just didnt really dilate. They couldnt even admit me in the hospital since I was only 1 cm the whole time. My water never broke either. The lamaze instructor suggested we can have sex or walk a lot ... Good luck though! ↑
