What are the best but cheapest Diapers 9as my son calls them Diapies) for New borns and where do you get them! I was attached to Pampers and well I realized how much they cost and well how much that adds to! What are cheaper ones because I don't think my son will be quite potty trained yet when this one is born! I will have to be buying 2 different sizes in Diapies! That will get expencive won't it!

white cloud diapers are the cheapest. they also have no artificial dyes like other diapers do. they are hypoallergenic too so they wont irritate your babys skin.

no they arent generic. for a pack of 162 diapers(size 1 and 2) they are 14 dollars. for a pack of 52 newborn diapers, they are 6.72. i just got so much diapers and wipes for my baby shower. i set on diapers for a long time.

You got lucky I got 1 pack of size 1 pampers and that was it for diapers and no bottles and ended upi haveing to bottle feed. We got lucky and we bout some before the shower but we only bout 1 small pack of 3 4 ouz and 3 9 oz and that was all we had! Other than that we got all clothes and baby stuff diaper genie and soap and stuff!

I also use white cloud. I have always liked them. I have two year old and I have never had any trouble with them. But for new born diapers I always used pampers. Because if I didnt my daughter would leak. I think I used pampers when she was in size one. But after that I went to white cloud and I like them just as much. I am also almost 37 weeks. When is ur due date Tara?

i also use pampers swaddlers...i havent bought any since my baby was born though, my fiances mother brings them over everytime she comes. so that really helps. i bought luvs before he was born and he didnt fit newborn diapers when he got here! he weighs 10 pounds and hes 3 weeks old. also, i know that parents choice is cheap but i hate them. they feel like paper. my friend LOVES white cloud. just like everyone else on here said that theyre cheap. She also told me that her baby has went pee and stuff through huggies and pampers but never with white cloud. good luck! hope you find one that you like and that works best in your budget!

Parents choice tore up my sons legs he had cuts where they were at we didn't use them for long because of that!

Thanks girls!! This was a question I needed answered too! I'm preggy with my first and was concerned about the best cheapest diaper. I remember when my sister was little (this was 16 years ago!) that there was a brand that left little gel beads on her butt. I'm sure they've done something about that since then. I don't want something that gonna fall apart, or give my little one a rash or leak. And I'm not one to leave diapers on for a long time either. I'm watching a 11/2 year old and change her diapers more than her parents do.....cause she needs it.

I change my son's diaper all the time too, I dont' think that it is good for him. I don't check it when he is sleeping! He gets diaper rash so easy I can't leave any thing on him. My cousin could know her son (that is 2) she could know he is poopy and leave it there for a wile. She uses the excuse she has new born twins but she puts one in the swing and one in the car seat and well they stay there crying or not one stayd pooy (twin) stayd pooy for a long time, I got there the 2 year old was poopy 1 hour later she changed him and the little one pooped not too long after that and she went to wal-mart with them ( I followed) and she didn't change that little girl she was still at wal-mart when I left that was like 2 or 3 hours that I know of EEWW that isn't good and that is grose!

Awww, that's just mean!
I don't know why she'd want to wait. I'd call it lazyiness!
with the little one that I'm babysitting, as soon as I hear her grunting I wait just a little bit, so i know she's done, and then change her right away! It's better for the both of us. Just think of how uncomfortable that would be! Plus I'd rather change the diaper before she goes squishing it everywhere! Some people huh!?

I wait like 10 20 min. with my son. He goes quits then goes the rest later on so I don't want to go to take that thing off and get squirted! That isn't nice huh! I know that she does that like I said the boy twin goes in the swing and the girl goes in the carrier and the 2 year old runs all around she lives across the street from her mom in the trailor park he runs over there and back and all over! She don't do nothing that I see!

Some of us just make better mommies, that's all I can say. I do know of people myself where I don't approve of their parenting skills. Like the baby I'm watching. I didn't approve of the food that they were feeding her, so I went about it in a nice way and would take over healthier food choices, And it's WORKING!! I just tell them how good she eats some of these things so they're buying them for her. My boyfriend had told me to JUST be the babysitter. and I told him I AM! It's my responcibilty to make sure that she's getting proper nutrition when she's in my hands, and this is a really good way to get their awareness without them knowing that I'm pushing it on them. I mean for heaven sakes, She can't eat frozen mac n cheese everyday!!
