so no more monthly court hearings. Since the Marine corps substatiated the abuse charges we just showed the judge that and then they swore me in and my lawyer asked a few questions and the judge granted the injunction for protection. So i have full custody of gabby until furthur order of the court. and he has court ordered child support and he cant come within 500 feet of me or gabby or my home or where i work..i am glad something happened and something is over.,...next is just to tackle my divorce but that will be done after Charlie is born! so yeah thats an update
PS im off work to day cause my momma has to work during the day so no one was able to watch the gabsters so i get a day off|!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! im so glad to just chill ↓
