I only recently started getting morning sickness. Sometimes its first thing when I wake up, other times it doesn't come on until later in the day. I was just wondering if there was anything that anyone knows of that can ease the constant queasiness. And, when did any of your morning sickness subside. I'm 8 weeks right now and I hear that the second trimester is much easier to get through. I hope its true.

Hello confusedmum2b, i was the same first i tried to eat a dry biscuit or cracker ginger one work well, eat this as soon as you wake up before you get out of bed.
Be careful to stay hydrated when you are being sick lucozade sport is the best way to stay hydrated as 500ms of that is the same as i litre of water.
i had injections to stop me being sick from the doctor and they worked wonders.
it stoppedfor me at 14 weeks and now its only occosional i feel sick

So far I'm only feeling sick. I haven't actually thrown up. I've had to run to the bathroom but when I got there I started feeling better until I moved again. I'll try the crackers, and i've been drinking lots of gingerale but I don't know how well it's working. Hopefully I only have a few more weeks of this.

I was physically sick every day all 41 weeks of my pregnancy. I had Hyperemesis which causes this.
