Just curious about diet from one country to the next. What we generally eat from day to day. Take what you ate yesterday as an example!

Breakfast - Cereal with Pure Fruit Juice
Lunch - Boiled Egg, Toast, Fruit Yogurt, Tea
Dinner - Mashed Potatoes, Steamed Carrot, Broccoli and Sweetcorn, 2 Yorkshire Puddings, Quorn (Meat Alternative) with Gravy, Milk
Supper - Cheese on Toast, Milk.

hrmmmm welll for breakfast - toast and cordial drnk
lunch - mcds and water
dinner - spaghetti bolognese and coke
and we dont have supper... jsut dessert... which i had an icecream ( but dont usualy have desert!! eva)

gill, I'm curious, around what time do you eat your four meals? Here in Canada we just have three, usually breakfast, lunch around 12 noon, and Supper. But I usually snack in the evening too. Here's what I had:
Breakfast- bagel with herb and garlic cream cheese, half my daughter's banana, juice
lunch-Kraft Dinner, chocolate milk
Supper-homemade tacos, milk (lots of Tums(ant-acids) for my heartburn after the tacos!)
snack- apple with caramel dip

Breakfast - 7am
Lunch - 12 noon
Dinner - 6pm
Supper - 9pm

So they are spaced out ...

From Canada too! Like Lindsay said, we generally have three designated meals a day...however I tend to have a few small meals throughout the day...Yesterday was as follows:
Breakfast - whole wheat toast with peanut butter, tea
11:00am - piece of fruit
Lunch (around 1:00 pm) - roasted chicken sub with juice
Snack (around 4:00pm) - more toast! (I am still very nauseous and throwing up still - toast helps)
Dinner (around 7:00pm) - Cheese tortellini with Alfredo sauce and Juice
I actually had dessert last night too - it is a kind of pudding and cake together - yummmy!

Breakfast- home made smoothie
Lunch- home-made (again lol!) veggie soup with foccaica bread
Dinner-Risotto
Supper-ryvita minis (salt and vinegar) THESE ARE MY NEW FAVE SNACKS lol! Love them

All day I drink mostly water, though do drink fruit juice occasionaly....i have a bad stomach at the mo as some people know so i still have to watch...i cant eat very much lol

I havent had cheese on toast in YONKS lol....really fancy some right now though...
