At my first ultrasound at 21 weeks they didnt say anything about my placenta, just that everything looked really good, but at my 3D ultrasound i had at almost 24 weeks the lady told me that my placenta was at the front, is that normal?

Did the ultrasound tech say if the placenta was covering your cervix? Your doctor will more than likely have you go for another ultrasound later on to see if it's in a safe location. It's very common for a placenta to be low lying during the second trimester ultrasound and then it usually "migrates" where it should be sometime during the early third trimester. I'm sure once your doctor looks over the ultrasound notes he/she will talk to you about it at your next appointment, if he/she doesn't bring it up then you should ask them to see what they say.
