| Not sure, But i drank the Carnation Instant Breakfast , they are powder and you mix them with Milk, soo good! LOL ↑ |

| they have the big can and then the little individual packets, so i buy the big can because i go through alot, but you should get the packets incase you don't like it ↑ |

| I've been getting the orange juice with calcium to make up for not drinking milk and I'm trying, but I've never liked it and now it's just hard to keep down....like everything else. I will try the ensure and probably the carnation breakfast. Thanks for the advice. :-) ↑ |

| The boost and ensure that I drank came ready to drink. They were in plastic bottles... Just make sure you refrigerate them before you try and drink one. They are nasty warm. ↑ |
