Mark snores. Joey snores. And between them, I get no sleep at night. Even when they don't snore, they breathe REALLY loudly. I caught myself hissing at Mark last night 'Stop fucking breathing!'.

Any remedies? Ideas? Joey is fixable as he'll be going in to his own room to sleep soon, but wtf to do with Mark?

Lol! I had to have my hubby move to another room because it's become so bad and I am already getting almost no sleep at it is. He told me he'd lose some weight (it was better when he was a few pounds lighter), but so far he hasn't lost any...he's still got 4 weeks :)

He tried those nasal strips and they worked a little. He tried some throat spray tho and it didn't work at all, but it did work for his friend. Good luck...that's a hard one!

You should have Mark tested for sleep apnea. Many people who snore have it.

ya i agree on the sleep apinia thing, My dad has it and our friend just had surgery for it. and losing weight helps alot too.

chris snores sometimes but i just wake him up and make him lay on his side, he only does it when hes on his back.
