Hey everyone Brooke came home from the hospital today!

Brooke isn't completely out of the woods yet, but she hadn't been on oxygen in 24 hours and her appetite had increased and she had started gaining weight. All together she had lost 1 pound 4 ozs, now she has gained the 4 ozs back. They made sure it isn't pneumonia and RSV. It is definitely just the bronchilitis. It just got so bad that she couldn't kick it on her own. She had a double ear infection when we went into the hospital and the antibiotics that they were putting in her IV completely got rid of both ear infections!
I have to take her back to the doctor on Friday for a check up, and I have to make sure that she keeps improving and not going south again. She is still on breathing treatments and now an inhaled steriod.
By the way if your kid ever gets a diaper rash that you can't get rid of, or any diaper rash for that matter. Have your doctor prescribe you some cream. Brooke got a diaper rash because all the meds she was on gave her diarihea, and that prescribed cream cleared it up right away, you better believe I took that tube home with me.
Anyway thanks again for thinking of us girls! I am exhausted and since she is taking a nap I am going to rest. Love all of you!! ↓
