It's normal... increased blood flow and softening of the cervix causes it to bleed when aggrivated. You'll probably notice it after any internal exams as well. But, as with everything, mention it to your doctor. ↑ |
thanks that calms me down a little bit but...........is it possible for anything else to wrong like i know it could of been my mucuos plug but it was just really watery not mucuosy but idk i am just real freaked out........... ↑ |
that happened to me. My dr told me to rest for 24hrs and make sure that I could feel the baby move at least 6 times an hour. she said as long as there was not any more bleeding or cramping that I was fine. She did restrict me form having sex for 4 or 5 weeks though. The bleeding happend to be just before I was 30 weeks I think ↑ |

Yes, I noticed I was bleeding during sex. Just the week before I was talking to my midwife about hemrroids and nosebleeds and she said it was common to have an increase in blood flow and not to be too alarmed if I ever started bleeding after sex. So I tried my hardest not to freak out. There was the initial bleeding, then for the rest of the night a little blood when I wiped and then for the next few days there was old blood (brown) so I didn't worry about it. I'm still going to let my midwife know about it at my next appt. though. If she hadn't of just happend to mention that the week before about the bleeding I would have been freaking out.
I was 30 weeks at the time by the way. ↑ |
