| Hi leila i totatlly know what you are going through. i ahd that same thing happen to me with my fifth child. I was so worried and sick until I was able to have another ultrsaound. Well I am happy to say it all turned out fine it was just the fact the baby wasin a hard to get at position during the ultrasound and with the next one they were able to clearly pick up all four chambers. A baby needs all four chambers of his/her heart to for it to function normanlly thats all I know. dont sweat it too much until you have another ultraound it was proabaly the same thing as me the baby was just hard to get at. good luck ↑ |
| when i had my ultrasound, they could see everything but the babys face and couldnt check for cleft lip and other facial deformities, so i also had to go back. she never did get in the right position so we never saw her face. i am sure it was the same with your babys heart. you cant always see everything on a scan. thats why some people can never find out the sex of their baby. sometimes they just dont cooperate. i am sure every thing is fine. if there was a problem, they would have told you. ↑ |
| thank you to both of you for your replys, i know im being paranoid but its nice to get a bit of reassurance, i fell pregnant with her only 5 weeks after having my son and didnt feel ready to be pregnant again and therfore dont feel ive connected to her in the same way i did when i was pregnant with my other children and when i thought there might be a problem it just made me feel guilty like maybe it was my fault, you know how irrationasl you can be when your hormones are all over the place!! ↑ |
