I never had bloody show with my first. Today I went to the DOC and she said I was 4cm dilated. She massaged my cervix for a little. When I got home I went to the bathroom and on the TP was mucus and blood. I am now 4 days past my due date and would really like to hear from some of you how soon labor came after the bloody show. THX ↓

not to be the bearer of bad news but i went 1 1/2 weeks at 5cm's......sry, but i also was dilated this at 35 weeks so your 4 days past plus had your membranes stripped good luck......AND YOU BETTER POST A BIRTH STORY ASAP!!!!!!!

| Oh, well keep your fingers crossed for me, because I'm ready. I'd like to have him tonight, because the midwife who delivered my first son is on call tonight and I really had a great experience with her. I'm giving my son a bath now, so I'll be online for at least 20 mins, but I'll be back on later tonight as usual. ↑ |

| i was laughing because you were all confused, but any ways, it wasvery hard, he was the only one i wanted to be in the room with me, Tyler came 3 days early so he missed it by a day, i was very upset but there was nothing i could do about it at that point, i just sucked it up and moved on, the whole time when i was just starting to get contractions i was crying saying no no no this cant be it not now, hold off a few more days. i would talk to him saying wait for your dad... he didnt listen lol my mom was in the room with me, but i wish chris was ther to experience it, and i feel like he was cheated out of the experience ↑ |
