3 cups of coffee are safe during pregnancy including pop or coffee. Orange juice is really good and any other kind of fruit juice.

I can usually drink orange juice but not when I am a preggy! It makes me soooo sick! So come caffine won't hurt? I didn't know that!

just if your're going to have any caffeine in your diet.. be real fickle about it.. like one cup of coffee a day is fine according to my doc

i drink all kinds of juice, but halfway diluted with water, so im also getting lots of water but not too many empty sugar calories from juice.
i decided i would not give up coffee, cause without coffee, i am a lump in the bed with no energy to do anything so i think just the fact that it makes me more happy and active justifies drinking it!

If you are craving pepsi or coke those are available without caffeine. Squirt is caffeine free. Mug rootbeer is caffeine free. I drink alot of water and apple juice and milk. Do you have a blender? If so try making your own mixed drinks...like a virgin strawberry dauqari (sp?) You can buy the strawberries already cut up in sugar or you can do it your self and let them sit in the refrigerator to get all sweet and juicy. So anyway you mix a bunch of strawberries, some sprite, ice and blend. You'll just have to experiment with the quantities to see what you like best. Then add some whipped cream on top and a cherrie. Yum! This one comes out thinner than a regular smoothie, it's soo good. Or have you ever blended up a banana with milk sugar and some nutmeg. You could add some ice to that too if you want.....If you have a blender and some fruit the choices are endless.

but i dont know if youve heard of ecco or caro caffeine cofee, its not the best taste in the worls but you actully get used to it, ill have a capacino once in a blue moon, i think thats okay too..

Drink fruit juices and try chocolate milk but water is what you really really need to drink, i know it's really hard but think of your little one inside and you should be able to do it. DONT drink caffeine though tan is wrong though she may have been lucky drinking caffeine as well as other women, i have done lots of research and caffeine increases your risk of miscarriage by a big percent. Not saying that it WILL cause you to have miscarriage but who would want to up their risks??

Try decaf green tea or flavored teas. And by the way, anything with aspartame can harm the baby (ie: diet coke, diet sprite, etc) however, Splenda is ok.

you are very fine w/limited caffeine...so the occasional soft drink or two is fine...just remember that caffeine keeps you on a bee-line for the restroom though...but someone else mentioned the decaffeinated colas...hope you can enjoy those!
