I'm almost 8 weeks and I've been experiencing cramps like I usually get before my period. I called the dr. and she said it is most likely my uterus and muscles stretching. She said if it becomes severe or I start to bleed then to come in. I guess I'm just a little nervous because I'm feeling pms and not so much pg! Has anyone else experienced this?

Ohh yes, I remember them...your dr is right so try not to worry.
You may even spot from time to time, it's all normal.

yes, I had that at the start of my pregnancy too, I went crazy being worried and searched for every answer I could.....I didn't feel so much pg anymore either, just make sure to listen to your dr. they (most of the time) know whats best, and dont worry because stress is not good for your baby and unless your bleeding you shouldn't have anything to worry about, best of luck on your pregnancy :o)

Thanks guys. I feel better. The cramps are just occasional now and that is probably because I've stopped dwelling on them :) This is my first pregnancy and as much as I've read about what is going on with my body I'm still nervous about the whole thing.
