What can you do when your prego to exercise!....I'v done a little yogo...but I want something that will just help me get back to my "normal'' size after the baby is born....what would you consider?

i have always heard that swimming is great when you are pregnant cause the water takes pressure off your back, belly and joints and its good for you and burns calories. also walking is great cause its low impact but its supposed to help with labor too. both of these are also great after the birth to help you get back in shape

i cant really swim...its winter time lol...but i can walk.....but its cold..

lol..thats funny. i want to exercise, but i dont want to pay for classes or anything. i just go to the mall alot and walk around..lol...my friends mom runs around the house (on the inside)..weird but if it works....is this your first baby? are you all baby? some women lose it naturally. good luck

well i was thinking more of an inside pool, like the YMCA

yeah this is my first baby...and i was a pretty small person befor i got preggo.....yes its all baby. and to jen we dont have a ymca around here...i live in maine in the boondocks haha

Walking is good exercise. I used to walk and do stretching. Mostly back stretches. Getting on my hands and knees and arching my back up, and holding it for a 10 count, then down an arching my head back for a 10 count. I was having some back problems and my midwife told me to do those. I am starting those again, and keigels...lol I already started doing my keigels. :p
