i started noticing around 14-15 weeks that right between my boob i get this feeling that my heart is skipping a beat....it does it about once a week, although i havent felt it in awhile, it leaves me feeling funny for about 10 seconds then im fine...its just a werid feeling, I talked to another pregnant women who told me that she had the same thing and go tests done and the doc said it happens when your pregnant...i cant remember what she said, she said it happens for some odd reason.....anyone know what it is? ↓

i dont know if your heart actually skips a beat but i do know that your blood volume increases by 50% and your heart has to work a little harder to pump all that blood. that is one of the reasons high blood pressure is common in pregnancy. i feel it too but to me it feels like fast flutters or big thuds like you can kind of see it beating through your chest. but who knows. you could have a heart murmur so you should probably ask your doc or call his nurse. ↑

I often get anxiety attacks or stress attacks...that is basically what happens to me when I feel one coming on. I get the feeling as if my heart skips, then I feel dizzy and light headed for a few moments afterward and like my heart is pumping like nutz. Only had that happen once since I've been pregnant though. ↑
