| I used it and they have a thing that is like this little masager and it heats up too and it is hand held and has like I think mine has 4 settings of heat and different masages (sorry I can't spell worth a crap) ↑ |

| All I was told is to try to wait till my app. that is next week, March 1st which is next Thurs. And I will see the Dr then and they have it in the notes that I called and I have to go pick up some med. for it! I think it was something I ate tho, I usually get sick if I eat greesy food but this time I didn't but I think it was that pasta stuff I ate the rest of! ↑ |

They where making me sick so I couldn't take them I mean I still can't take them. I take flinstone vitamins my Doc. told me those will work just as good just be easier on by tummy. ↑ |

My Doc told me that since I can't take prenatle to take those last pregnancy so I was told just to start out with those and keep taking those. My son takes them too he's 19 mo he'll be 20 mo on the 25th ↑ |

Hey I need ideas for food (like supper ideas for the family)
I don't know how to cook that good and I think my hubby is tierd of fast food and those pre-heat things he keeps buying them but I don't think that he likes them! I think I will make a post for every one with resapies for food! That will be cool share ideas that all preggys and family both agree on, I am also cooking supper now so I will be in and out! ↑ |
