how far along are you before you can see the baby on sono? ↓

| i was right at 8 weeks when i saw my baby... of course the technichian had to use the "wand" and go inside instead of using the other monitor that used on the belly.. but even at 8 weeks its hard to see the baby ↑ |

| I was wondering because I will be around 8 weeks when I go have my 3rd one done this time and I thought they were not giving it enough time. So 8 weeks will that make me 2 mo or no quite I saw my son at 2 mo I am 19 so I don't know all those things I forgot all them ↑ |

| I saw my first baby clearly on a regular sonogram, not the vaginal, at 9 weeks. I could just see his head and spinal cord at that point, but it was a very clear picture of a head and spinal cord. ↑ |

| hey i hate those vaggy sonos those are uncomfortable and you cant really enjoy looking at your baby with something in you (well you know what I mean LOL) and well I had one done with my son at 7 or 8 weeks and I didn't need one of those but I have had 2 now and I don't think they are giving it much time to see the baby because I was 3 weeks and they said that was too early I had to be at leat 6 or 7 too see any thing and then 2 weeks later I was told I was 5 weeks and they couldn't see any thing they keep asking me if I bleed or hurt any were like I misscaried or something, are they not giving it much time, I just don't know I was much farther along with my son when I found out but since I was pregnant with him I knew right away that I was pregnant with this one even when the test were not showing up I just kept taking one till I got a answer that I knew but it was better seeing the answer, But why are they not waiting long? I have another one in 8 days that is counting today since it is 8 in the morning so the day didn't really start yet. I have to get going bye now ↑ |

| I almost had to have a vaginal sonogram ...when I first went into the room the nurse was standing there with the vaginal probe thing and she was explaining what it was and where the doctor was going to put it, she had a smirk on her face the whole time and I was terrified! I think she was somehow enjoying the fact that she was scaring me. Luckily when the doctor came in, he said he'd try it the normal way first, then do a vaginal u/s only if he couldn't see it through my belly. I feel bad for you ladies who had to have the vaginal u/s! ↑ |

| I had it done because I was only 3 and 5 weeks why do one then any way if you cant see one I go back in 8 days do you think they will do a tummy one or that darn vagie one still I hate that thing. I think some nurses enjoy it for other reasons (ya know) by the way they look at ya when they say that oha that is kinna creepy to me if ya know what I am sayin ↑ |

| hi, i was 6 weeks, they couldnt see much, so they seen me again at 7 weeks which then they saw the heart beat which was a relief considering the week before they couldnt and gave me a heart attack thinking it was still born! ↑ |

| They were telling me the sack was growng not the baby I go back in 8 days I cant wait! I took another test I was told if the line is light there is little hormone no line is neg and a dark line is preg. I took one 4 weeks later and the line is way darker than the 1st one I took! ↑ |

| yes but it is very agervating! Now I have to go to somewere and do a sono in 8 days is that enough time to wait I will be 6 weeks tomarrow? I don't wanna go to hear the same thing over and over! ↑ |

| why did you have ultrasound so early though? any particular reason, its pointless really to have one so oon especailly at 6weeks, they are almost like a size of a pea, thats why we cant see much, Its Drs fault for making us go to see baby when they cant see much themselves and make us stress thnking there is something wrong... ↑ |

| They did one when I found I was preg, then they didn' t see it said it was too little 2 days later did blood work and my hormones went up so in 2 days afer that I had another one I guess they thout that would change something. Well I was told by that Dr. I was definatly 5 weeks and then went to the Dr visit for baby like you are suppose to and he told me that they couldn't see it then I was confused but well I wsa sceduled for one on the 1st that will be 8 days counting today and well they think that it will change something I guess. ↑ |

try not to worry, everything will be fine ok, i know how you feel i was exactly the same, unless you hear from the docs that its all good only then you can relax,

| Hey I was looking on line at 6 weeks and I see a picture of a sono and you can see the baby! So is it 6 weeks??? I will be a day away from 7 weeks when I get mine OOHAA I hope I hear "Look here is your baby" I am tierd of hearing "UH we haven't seen the baby yet". My husband is really getting ticked off and he says that stress could make you loose a baby if you have too much and he doen't want me to loose it over stress and this is stressing me and he said that he is really going to get angry at them if I loose this baby cuz of them stressing me like this! ↑ |

| Hello and good morning! And Sabrina, you shouldn't be stressing out over that, for heavens sake, you're only 6 weeks along! Do you have any idea how small the baby actually is right now? SMALL! Very, very small. Hey go to this website (www.baby-gaga.com) they have this ticker that tells you how far along you are everyday and tell you your baby's developement and shows it kinda.....you can post the html code in your "about me and baby" section in the "comments". I think it's neat. ↑ |
