ooohhh feel your pain. I did yard work and my legs and upper arms were quite sore the next day. I didn't seem like a lot of owrk at the time, but I guess 8 hrs of pulling weeds and hauling and laying mulch will do it. Way to go on the puch up's though. My fat ass can't even to 20 much less 50 so YOU GO GIRL!!!! ↑ |

Girl I usually pay someone to do the yard work, but Gary was on vacation and thought it would be better if we did it and saved the money. I have crazy poison ivy now so I am wishing I had paid for it to be done ↑ |

nikki you have to wait at least 6 weeks before you can exercise. I had to wait that long with my c section......well not aht I have really worked out, but I still had to wait LOL ↑ |
