i had an abortion on MARch 12.07
i was bleeding for 2 weeks.
and then its stopped for a week.
my period came on MAY 28.07
my cycle length is always 28 days.
now my period is like 4 days late.
i havent had sex in 4-5 months.
IS THIS NORMAL AFTER ABORTIONS??

it takes awhile for your cycle to return to "normal" did you take all the medicine prescribed to you after? ↑

It probably is normal. Anytime you mess with your cycle it can take a couple cycles for it to return to "normal." If you're really concerned I'd call the clinic or your doctor. ↑

they didnt give me any medicine.
they only gave me pain pills and they told me to take it if i needed it.
but its been 6 days now and still no period.
im going to wait and see. ↑

Anytime you mess with uterus you run the chances of it taking longer to get back a normal cycle. After we mess around down there for surgeries, we adivse that it can be anywhere from 4-6 weeks before your period returns normally. Not sure if this helps. ↑

Sometimes abortions can really screw you up,give it time. ↑
