I am 27 weeks now (finally) lol I have been in the hospital for three weeks today,it sucks but we're doing ok.Nope havent been able to get on for awhile cause I was on complete bewdrest for 4 weeks before I was flown here.... sigh but things are looking better tha farther I get. no im not having a girl...well i dont know yet. Im convinced it's a boy. It'll either be Harvey or Lily-may for the names.
I'm 17 weeks now....flying by. Why are you in hospital or is it personal? Everything has been fine bar the seizure. We're trying to sort something out...theyr even thinking of switching my medication but we are limited as I had a bad reaction when I was younger to the one they want to put me on (lamictrogene) when i was younger. Just a guessing game I suppose at the moment. They cant really increase my dosage by much more because of my height, weight and the pregnancy but he thinks as long as I carry on taking precautions (bed guard etc) that we are lowering the risk as much as possible. He says i need to avoid stress and overtiredness as they are both triggers. So I've caught up on my sleep and spent a couple days in bed over the weekend and just chilled really. 27 weeks eh? No,Im in here becuase of preterm labor....Sucks ass. but it's finally going better when I got here contractions were 60 seconds apart and they didn't think I'd make it through the night...well,here I am 3 weeks later and she's still in there.I take meds for contractions every 2 hours around the clock.that isn't fun but it is working.Yeah,at 26 weeks she weighed 2lb. so I feel better.The big goal is 28 weeks then the survival rate is 95%.Wow! I really hope you don't have any more seizures they are nasty.The seizures havent affected the baby? ↑ |
