eating disorders can work the other way too. I used to binge and purge, and now I just eat all the freaking time. If I start to get hungry, I get that sick feeling like when I used to no eat at all, and if I did....purge, I get anxiety, and now I just eat to not feel sick like that.....it is really messed up. SO, that can be a battle too, just like eating can be.

Dear Need2lose,

How much weight are you looking to lose? If it is more than 5-10 lbs and you want to keep it off, this won't work. Diets are a temporary fix. Do you have any idea how much protein you are getting a day? Don't worry, I'm not going to tell you to stop eating carbs, I love them! The thing is, women should be averaging AT LEAST 100-120 grams of protein a day - this totally leaves you not feeling hungry, gives you more lean muscle which , and also takes away the bad cravings (God knows I am obsessed with chocolate!) I am curious to see what your protein intake is.
