I am new here, but have been reading some of what has been posted and I have some questions.
Does anyone suffer from emotional eating? How do you handle it and what have you done (if anything)to make it stop? I have an emotional eating habbit and I don't know how to make it stop. I have been seeing a therapist which does help but it is really hard. I have a 5 year old son who is adhd and odd and when things are really stressful I reach for food as comfort. I need some advise from someone who knows what I am talking about. ↓
