hi caitlin um probably not the best for advice but i would say:
breakfast- cereal & apple
lunch- jacket potato with chiken and salad
snack apple
tea-veg & meat
thats more or less what i eat and i snack on a few pieces of fruit a day to keep my energy levels high.
