You are doing a wonderful thing getting help, and you're right about it affecting your girls. My cousin used to mimic her mom purging when she was little. She's now 17 and probably 5' 6" weighing approximately 85-90. Her younger sister, who's six now, worries about what she eats and talks about getting fat. Their mom acts as if not a thing is wrong and I wish so badly she would understand how she's set up her girls.
I don't have anything to add that will necessarily help you other than mental visualization of what the bulimia does, such as seeing yourself with broken bones, gray teeth, no hair, your daughters without you, etc. when you're having moments of temptation and/or get lazy about appointments. I know that sounds crazy, but body dysmorphia usually keeps folks doing the behavior because they "see" themselves as fat. Trying the opposite might help you stay focused on getting healthy.
