I should have known! I mean you did mention you're still growing. How could you still be growing if you're born in 82?!?!You'd be like, 25!!
Anyway if you only eat 900 calories like you were doing you won't have the nutrients to grow & you'd end up stunting your growth like I did & you won't grow anymore. So make sure you eat properly from now on ok or you'll be sorry when you're older! I know i am coz I know I could have grown more! ↑ |

Nah I'm not that new to it. I sort of knew what it meant just didn't know what it standed for! No wonder u use it so much!! LOL
I know, when I used to fast or eat hardly anything, I was the same! I'd end up bingeing b4 bed too! & it just felt disgusting! I'd get so guilty & my gut would bloat so much & feel tight & couldn't breathe properly. & it was hard to sleep. It made me really hot too! Do u get that??
If u eat small amounts & regular it helps keep your energy levels up & you'll find it's easier to control yourself & u won't feel much like bingeing or eating out of boredom. I don't ever feel like bingeing anymore. I only did b4 coz I used to go hours without food & was hardly eating anything & starving myself! & If you eat properly you will grow & taller ppl usually look slimmer.
Oh & u really should still eat even if you're not hungy. It's a sign your body is in starvation mode. I'm hardly ever hungry but I just eat anway so I get the nourishment. ↑ |

yeh my stomahc used to feel really tight and streatched and i hve lke sme stretch mark on my thigh which is sooo worrying like my skins stretching cos im fat lol.
no i mean like say if i eaten something then ill just eat again and again and like not realise imd oing it till ive eaten like lots and lots. so anyway how are you doing ?

The stretch marks might be from a growth spurt or sudden loss of weight when you were crash dieting.
Do you mean u eat again & again & you just can't stop yourself like when you're bingeing?
Yogi, if you do weights & eat as MUCH as u want you'd gain fat & appear flabby! My bro does wtlifting & at one time he was obsessed with making sure he ate enough so his muscles would grow but he ended up eating TOO much & gained fat! & to gain muscle u usually need to gain a bit of fat but not THAT much ↑ |
it's actually better to eat 6 small meals thoughout the day...then to big meals. and eating late is never a good thing. ↑ |

Yeah I know what it's like David because I used to be the same. It's just like a really bad habit u need 2 break out of...eating small but regular helps. & try & keep busy so it will help get ur mind off food. ↑ |

i keep caving in! had a mini binge today yuck, but im busy all tommorow so hopefully can keep distracted, and thrus gonna try rele hard coz i got baby sitting, its just wen i go into the kitchen i cave, but im addicted to coffee...mite buy my own kettle and keep in my room so i can stay out of the kitchen...starting gym on sat woo hoo, then i can go for an hour every wed and thurs, yay! but got food tasting in tech tomorow, how homophobic! wanna fast!!!!!!!!! ill run for ages at break to work it off... ↑ |
