| apraxia is having trouble with proceessing info and sending it to the mouth so to speak somewhere during the travel it gets messed up. for example child sees a chair but when says it out loud it may be forgotten then say that thing. its difficult to explain. also relates to muscle control in the tongue. the tongue doesnt move right. language may be delayed and frustation will set it for the child because they cant communicate well. often late talkers. Best to implement sign language for help for the child to feel heard till the tingue toughens up and they can speak. Also alot of speach therapy. its probably best if you look it up on the internet to get a better understanding. ↑ |
