My daughter who is 18 recently got engaged to a wonderful boy who is also 18. They are out of highschool and in college and have been dating for almost 2 years. They are both very responsible and not planning on a wedding untill they are out of school and are in control of their lives. Is any one else in this same situation? any comments? ↓

Way to young! How on earth do you expect your daughter to know what she want's in her life. If that was my daughter I would not be happy with her decision. She is still a baby girl.. ↑

she is old enough to get engaged if she wants to some people are just plain morbid.... like whoever posted the message about..
most 18year olds these days are very intellegent when it comes to things like that.... would you rather her be sleeping with every boy she meets or happy with just 1?????? if you see them as happy together its fine.. its all a mistake your daughter needs to learn igf it is going to go wrong.. but 2 years is good especially in college... ↑

Im 30 Ive been with my husband since i was 16 and he was 17. We got engaged at 21 and married a few years later. We are still together and very happy.
If hes a wonderful boy you should be happy and supportive, just relax, shes an adult now and incontrol of her own life. ↑
