Funny thing is, most hunters tend to be very educated people. (Most of your Presidents have been hunters) You refer to "up north" people don't hunt. Well, up north, we have a lot of snow and cold, eh? Did you know we have to feed the wild turkeys just to keep them alive through the winter? I don't see any PETA people dishing out their own money for the corn and turkey feeders...I do however, see a lot of nature-loving hunters doing so. How far up north do you want to talk about? I see a lot of salmon fishing and moose hunting in Alaska and Canada, our Rocky Mountain states do a lot of elk and goat hunting, Maine does a lot of fishing for lobster. If you wish for people to listen to your thoughts, dearie, then please stay in school and get an education so you can use your English to express your ideas clearly. | You, my fine man, prove my point that most people against hunting are very unintelligent. When triing to prove a point to someone, it is very good to spell your words correctly, and speak without using insulting words like "prick" and "duce bags", doing these things gives an impression that you might know what you are talking about. | 10calama, I didnt read everything on here but this is just in reference to our original conversation ( I know it has been a while) I was talking more about people in my area trophy hunting and then leaving the carcass in the woods. I understand that other animals will eat it but it draws the coyotes in and other animals that will kill live stock. When I was talking about overpopulation of humans deer and coyotes my point was that we as humans create urban sprawl because we get sick of spreading up and so large groups spread out. then we say that there is deer overpopulation and then we have a coyote problem but we didnt until humans moved in. If we have open season on coyotes than why not on the deer because they are suffering from lack of predators. humans are the only animal that will spread up when spreading out is no longer an option so I dont think that our population will curb. and I personally know about 50 families in my area with more that 5 children. ↑ |
