Of you have the right to ask for his support, not only he should want to be there to help financially and spiritually. He needs to be able to cover you both. If you need a male friend who is saved write me back at [email protected], God bless and have a great day!

What you need to do (as soon as you can) after the baby is born is go to your local child support office. They can help you in all the steps needed to obtain child support. It doesn't matter if you were married or not, the father of your child has a legal obligation to pay support. Now I do disagree with what the person said in the previous post...The father is only obligated to help support the child. Legally he doesn't support you. I hope this helps.

Absolutly, but good luck getting a dime. Just go to your states child support website(eg:illinoischildsupport.com) and go from there. It's a good starting point.

Call your local Prosecutor's office of child support division.
