I have a 4 yr old daughter that was born with a cleft pallet, was hypotonia (low tone head to toe) is developmentaly delayed, has a balance disorder( wears a helmet for saftey) has severe ataxia,(in hands and truck area) has a vocal tic, has trichophagia & trichotillomania and we are currently investigating possible seizures (has unexplained episodes) Would really like to talk with someone with a child with any one or all of the same conditions.

well i am 22 have none of the above but still have several such as fshd nf2 syringomyelia adhd ocd aspergers and 2 others cant spell or pronounce. i live alone but manage day to day with little help except money managment although i do quite well at managing my expences i tend to spend morethan needed. i would sugest just trying your hardest rasing her with good values and dont alwase treat her special or fragil cause kids like her just want to be treated normal. alot of parents with spec needs kids need to learn the same thing yes they are special but they are not made of glass.
