Here's the story in the local newspaper:

A 14 year old daughter asks for a webcam.
Her father buys it for her.
She exposes her boobs to her cousin's best friend over the Internet.
He in turn shows her his penis.

The girl's parents are separated.
The computer is her father's girlfriend's.

Her father is tried now in court.
Not because she exposed herself.
Because his girlfriend discovered the girl's activity on the computer, and he went into the basement where she was sleeping.
By her words, he dragged her up by the hair and smashed her forehead against the computer, and then flung her on the couch. She also said, he took back all her clothes he gave her for Christmas.
By his words, she went up the stairs by herself and sat on the couch while her father was hollering at her.

The court will resume on the later date regarding his actions.

What I am thinking is - how Internet complicated parent-children relationship. We have to think of installing parenting chips, tracing kids' activities on the computer.

Serina's story about her daughter discovering pics on her mother's computer is in the same vein.

That is horrible!!! In a situation like that who do you believe? The father or the daughter, they could both be lying about how it happened. Your right if a teenager is on your computer or even their own computer, they need to be monitered.
