Today's my daughters birthday. My husband and I ordered her a vegan all white birthday cake. I cant wait to have a slice of that delicious.. scrumptious... beauty of a cake lol. The reason I am so excited is because it is so hard to find a white or yellow vegan cake around here. I live in Ma, one would think having Boston at my finger tips there would be a good vegan bakery. NO THERE ISN"T!! so we had to go to New Hampshire for it. I can't even tell you how long its been since I have had a white or yellow cake. I really do hope it taste as good as it looks! ↓

BAH! If I had known sooner I could have given you a really simple recipe for a vegan chocolate/raspberry cake.
It's seriously the best cake I've ever eaten in my life.
I've got lots of vegan recipes and have even converted some of my old non-vegan recipes into vegan ones. ↑ |

I have recipes for chocolate cake, but not any good ones for whit/yellow cake. Every time I want cake its always chocolate never white/yellow ,so having a white cake is a special treat for me. One would think its my birthday, lol! ↑ |

Vegan cakes or bakeries that will make them are few and far between.
I tried to no end to get a Vegan wedding cake for our wedding but no luck.
I decided to make it myself and then in the end we just said screw it all together.
We just had cupcakes for our guests and we got drunk instead of eating cake. Ha ha ha!
Do your kids like pancakes?
I've got a good one for pancakes. It's the recipe I've used my whole life but I recently made some vegan substitutes and they still taste just as good. ↑ |

| Around here we do have some bakeries that will make certain pastries and cakes but, as I said they are all chocolate. I have a whole foods, they make chocolate cake and its terrible, there cookies are AWESOME! Did you try a google search for vegan bakery's in your area? that's how I found the one I got my daughters cake from. ↑ |

It didn't cost much at all its a 12" round double layer the women charged me $35.00. I couldn't have bought a store bought cake for less, and the one I got is a specialty cake. I think I got a real nice cake for $35.00. ↑ |
