I just realised i havnt drunk any water today and i have only drunk coke !! is that why my daughter is WIDEEE awake at 11pm ?!?! ( im breastfeeding )
GOD damnit.. so tired.. got shit sleep last night.. looks like another sleepless night. =( ↓

Been there. Done that. Make sure you try and get your 8 glasses of water a day to help with milk supply. Sorry had to throw that in but yeah I have done that and that was the last time I did that too. LOL! Some kids can really react to that caffiene but you may get a caffiene crash too. So there could be an upside. ↑

yeah kinda like beer..drink caffiene right after you breastfeed..so that when it comes time to feed again..its affects will be less..some babies react and some don't..lil isabelle must ↑
