Hey, I am sure we do not like to think about this topic, hehe, but has anyone had success with any cellulite creams? I just started noticing some show behind my legs. :( Thanks.

I personally think only exersise ould help. It grows on what's not used. I think, sorry - it's all snake oil peddlers.

I'm sorry to say.......it's genetic. You can thank your parents for it.
Exercise & fat lose will reduce the appearance of it, but it will not get rid of it.

I am 5ft 8in. Years ago I weighed 103 lbs. I worked out like a freak, I even had a 4 pack (I was working for a 6 pack, but didn't get there). And, I still had cellulite!!!!!!!! Life just isn't funny. But looking at my thighs you would truely laugh, out loud, real hard.

Lipo will reduce the appearance of it, but it will not get rid of it.
They even have a new machine that with lipo is suppost to help even more. In Europe they have some type of shot that dissolves the fat, but I don't know much about it.

So blame you genetics, & we can cry about it together.

That's the thing, exercise does not work for me. I work out at least 4 times a week and do those leg lifts for the back, and now I am seeing the cellulite come on!!!! What's up with that?!

OK, I will go mourn the thought that this cottage cheese will be with me always! Thanks for the realization Stacy! ;)

Well, I have tried the cream and I think the only one that has worked for me is the neutagen celluite treament. But ionce you stop they are back . I do think that just the action of rubbing it in is what helps the creams work.Helps give you better circulation itn the areas that do not get much. It never goes away but this stuff lessons it ...at least for me

Oh yeah, I feel better knowing a model has it! hehe I wish they would invent a miracle cream. Then with one application, BOOM, cellulite no more. Maybe I will ask Santa this year.

To funny but actually it is called ralfing. It is some what like what maxies mom ues but this is a deep muscle message that breaks up the fat pockets ...they actually have like a vaccume cleaner that rolls over the problem areas ... I hear alot of the stars use it .. I know weird!

Ok, has anyone had lipo done? If so, is it very painful?

Name: Julia | Date: Nov 10th, 2006 6:01 AM
That sounds interesting too Serina. Yeah, my hubby is the same way. Or at least he knows what will happen if he ever mentions my fat!! haha He says he actually prefers me more thick than thin so that is always comforting.
