Does any one take Ephedrine, and if so have you noticed if you were breaking out with acne while taking them?
Winn, I know you was taking them for a while did it you notice any unusual break outs.
The reason I ask is because I have been taking them again and this time I seem to be braking out with mad zits. I'm not sure if its the Ephedrine or if its some thing I'm applying to my face such as make up or moisturizer. ↓

I'm pretty sure ephedrine is illegal here in Canada but it hasn't always been.
I know that it causes you to sweat more since your heart is beating faster so maybe it's not a direct side effect from the drug itself but rather a reaction to sweating more.
I know I always break out more in the summer time because it gets so flippin' hot here and I sweat profusely!
Are you on birth control or anything? I know most birth controls claim to help with acne but way back when I was on it, I broke out more. ↑ |

ephederine is not illegal in canada.....I buy it at the health food store........but.....it can no longer be in things such as cold medicines, and many stores no longer sell it..........
Lindalu, I have not used it in a while, but will be again soon........I did not break out in acne, but then again, I have never had acne.........even as a teen........I do get VERY thirsty, and do sweat more....... ↑ |

| It's hard to get it here in the US by its self, so he the stuff my husband takes has other crap in it as well. but he takes it often either to stay awake or before the Gym, He likes the affect and energy it gives him as well as the burning of the fat, but it can be dangerous, I sorta limit him on how much and often he takes! ↑ |

no it's not illegal here.
Lindalu, so could be sensitive to it. my hubby doesn't break out it zits, but he breaks out in some kind of rash when he used it. he was taking it before going to the gym, and then notices that his feet and hands broke out in this TERRIBLE rash thing....these little small red bumps that would blister and then weep, and he said it was EXTREMELY itchy and a constant burning sensation....obvioulsy he stopped taking it....
i guess it just reacts differently to different people. my dad takes it all the time with NO side effects.... ↑ |

I haven't been taking them lately and found my acne has diminished. I was going crazy! I never had a problem with acne then all of a sudden I was breaking out with tons of zits.
