Quaker oatmeal. The kind you actually have to cook for a bit on the stove. Not the quick oats. Its a proven fact that it reduces cholesterol...they were even permitted to write that on the packaging. You need to have it every day...just one serving...but the difference after a month is astonishing. Good luck............ ↑ |
