Hey everyone,

Kylie and I just got home today. Both baby and I are doing real well. I am actually shocked that I feel as good as I do for just having a c-section on Friday. Kylie was born at 7:46AM on Friday. She weighed 6 lb. 14.2 oz. and was 20 1/2 in. long.

I've never had a c-section so I'll be is rather uncomfortable. However, after giving birth to my last child, it took me three weeks to walk right. My body ached so bad, I wanted to die but couldn't. For me, I blame it on getting older. It wasn't like when I was 23.

Thanks Everyone-

Meagan-
This is my second c-section. I have a 2 1/2 year old son. I have heard that the second c-section is easier but I didn't think they meant that things would be this easy. I was actually up and walking around the same night of the c-section.

Congratulations, but remember not to overdo it. I felt really well after my section, but I overdid things at first and it set me back. Take it easy!!!

Congratulations Mom2Be2007, im glad everything went okay...I dont know if this has anything to do with you or not, given the fact that i've never really talked to you...but last night i had the worst c-section nightmare...i actually woke up in pain!! I dreamed i was in the surgery room and the lights were so bright and when i woke up i was afraid to move cause i thought i had just had a stupid c-section!! I blame YOU fot this!! LOL
Just wanted to share this with you, it was the worst dream i could have had cause i hated my c-section that i had with my son and i thought "oh no, not again!!" But hopefully you're right about the 2nd one being easier...cause i hated my experience!!

Anyway, glad to hear that you're doing good along with your little girl...Take care
