I went into holland and barrett,the health food ahop and brought some low fat chocolate i have one piece of it once a week!
I also brought some herbal slimming pills,i checked with the doctor beofre taking them and he said that it should be fine!

the ones i got now are quite strong they cost me 40pound. lol

I have been having just toast or cereal for breakfast,salad for lunch and a main meal in the evening.
If i get hungrey during the day i am eating fruit!
I have brought some weight watchers treats though!
Cuae i do believe that if you dont have a little of what you like then you will crave it and that is when you binge!
My problem is that i was sitting down in front of the t.v of a evening and just picking!
I have stopped that now!
I am starting a excise class tomorrow and i will go swimming once a week as well!

Everyone I know that has taken pills, just gain the weight when they stop taking them. Alot of them are not good for your heart. Your best bet, as frustrating as it may be because it takes longer, is too just eat right, work-out. If you want to curb your hunget then when you first get hungry, drink a glass a water. Then eat. Set your fork or spoon down in between bites, and eat the correct portion size. Gor example a portion of chicken breast should be the size of a cassette tape. I know that it is hard ladies but if you want to lose and keep it off, try that stuff, not pills. ↑ |
I am going to really start working out when i have lost the weight!

Your right emma, it has to be a life style change. For some people it is very hard, plus people must look at their body type. Certain people can not except to ever fit into a size 6. My father-in-law is one of these people, back in 2004 he weighed 450 pounds. His doctor told him he needed to lose 50 pounds in order to have a heart surgery. Well he was able to lose 30 pounds with diet and excersise. It took him some time but he did it. I have seen first hand what those diet pills can do. Some can cause seizures from prolonged use. I am just worried about you guys. I am not trying to be a hag or anything. I can remember how desperate I was to lose the weight after the girls were born. I would have done anything to get back to my weight. I now know that I will NEVER weigh what I did before babies. Just be careful guys. Weigh lose isn't meant to be easy. ↑ |

I understand what you are saying momof3,and dont worry i will be careful i am a sensablie girl if i start to feel unwell i will stop taking them but they are only herbal so i dfont think that i have much to worry about!

Well diet pills scare me.........but......not passing judgement. Good for you guys. I mean loosing the weight. The only way i loose weight is if I am active outside and so active i dont make time to eat. Then it falls off.........but a diet.........oh just gaurenteed to make me gain more. In my head i know.....but it just has always happened that way. Dont care dont worry and either i stay at a specif weight........or loose it. Who knows????? ↑ |
Anyways... I pack both my kids up everyday and go to the gym. I have different excercises I do everyday.
monday = arms and 30min of cardio
tuesday = legs and 30min of cardio
wendsday = abs and 30min of cardio
thursday = arms and 45min of cardio
friday = legs and 45min of cardio
saturday = abs and 45min of cardio
Sunday = 60min of cardio
And the cardio I do is the eliptical usually. i hate the tredmil. It dont burn many calories! And I am eating better and it sucks! That is the hardest for me. Im not very good at dieting!lol ↑ |

Lynne that is a great reason for wanting to lose weight, but you should be concerned with your health too sweetie. Just because something is herbal doesn't mean that it is good for you. And alot of times you won't feel anything wrong until it is too late. Just be careful. Could you take Andrew for a walk everday just for 20 minutes a day? ↑ |
