What can i say Andrew is not very well he has a cough and a cold and this morning he has a tempurate of 100 i have given him capol and that has settled him.
But i cant even leave the room to go for a wee without him crying,i know that is not his fault but it is stressful.
My boyfriend works 58hours a week so i am on my own all day.
My mum is having andrew tomorrow and friday whilst i go to work, which will do me good but i am tearing my hair out at the moment.
Just needed to vent!

You can give Ibuprofen at the same time as Calpol. Try turning the radio on low with some classical music which might soothe him a little.

Crying won't hurt him for a little while if you need the toilet or to make some food.

Is Capol the same thing as Tylenol? If not you can give him some Tylenol along with the Ibuprofen. If his is teething try Hyland's Teething Tablets, they seemed to work well for my little one. You can also give Benadryl, but talk to a pharmacist about the correct dosage mg/Kg.

I know what you r going through, and it.'s very fustrating, just take it one minute at a time, and if u shed a little tears it won't do u any harm..just let it out,.. hope he feels better soon..
