just out of curiosity...what are you doing to lose it? is it a certain diet? or just healthier eating in general and excercise? i need to lose about 30 pounds, and not sure yet what to do!!! just before i got pregnant with my daughter i had lost 30 pounds, but i was working in a really fast paced kitchen, so whatever i ate i basically just burned it off and then some....lol..and i'm not about to go back to work again!!

I stopped drinking pop and no junk food combined wit working very hard at work...When I do need to eat at work I drink a milk and maybe some crackers...a couple this keeps me going till dinner...Like tonight we had taoco johns again because DH was in a town with one and brought it home...I ate one taco and about 5-6 patatoe olas...Then I walk away no more food tonight and its 6:28...never eat after 7...Thats it...I started the end of april and have gone from a tight 16 to a loose size 12...It wasnt that hard and now I dont crave the sweets or pop any longer...i like water...

oh and when I do want some snacks I go try on clothes and see how good it feels to be smaller...That nips any bad ideas about snacking in the bude...hehe

thanks but no thanks rosey,i dont care for donuts that much,you eat them i am sure they will fill that big gapping hole that you have in your life!

i also find as well layne that staying at the meeting helps as well,a lot of people just get weighed and then go,i dont i stay for the meeting.

It is better to lose it slowely as you are less likely to gain it back!

I have not had a loss every week and some weeks i have had a gain,but i am really pleased with myself!
